I went in for an oil change and inspection and received excellent service. Nani is the best. I would definitely recommend going to see Nani at the service dept. if you want quality service.

My tire blew up, so when I came to Kings Nissan in a couple of days, they were able to get me a comparable (not the same) tire, since I purchased tire insurance when I bought the car from Kings Nissan. Aidan (the consultant) was very helpful, but you do need to fix your website, since it doesn't allow to schedule an appointment (it was broken for the last year!)

My salesman Vadim was wonderful..I had never leased a car before,and he walked me through every step. Explaining everything to me..I was quit nervous and didn't even know what kind of car I wanted. After talking for a while,and looking at what I thought I wanted but realized it was way to big for me ,he said to me try sitting in this car..WELL I was in Love. When I came to pick up my car,all the features were new to me,and he sat with me explaining everything until I felt comfortable driving out. Love My New Car,Thank You Vadim for making it so easy.

Visited Kings Nissan twice in one month. First time I was not thrilled with the service and my vehicle was not repaired even though they said it was, Scheduled another appointment and the service rep this time the complete opposite I think his name was Atnan Guze. Very professional & knowledgeable

Started off with some problems but they were soon explained after I went in to see Paul. Again going above and beyond he contact Alex who is parts manager to come out and take a personal look at my vehicle. Could not be more pleased with the way that they handled my situation, from putting my car on the lift to topping up the fluids. Excellent service. Courteous and knowledgeable staff.I called for an appointment for an oil change and routine service as needed and in addition to that they did both recalls as a bonus to me without needing to make another appointment which was excellent for me. It was all done in a timely fashion as well. Thanks
